The registration time of a company is maximum 5 working days from the moment the papers are given to the Trade Register.
Our company's fee starts from 400 RON, and can go up based on your options. The fee will be set before the actual process of registration begins.
In order to register a company there are taxes that need to be payed (different and not included in our fee):
- company name availability check and reservation
- for the Trade Register office
- registration
- publication in the Official Gazette of Romania (Monitorul Oficial)
- tax offence record (for every associate)
- submit social capital
- administrator's signanture (in front of the public notary)
- power of attorney (in front of the public notary)
