Problems with accountancy

i am from Denmark and i just made a company just to have legal rights to by the land on which the house i bought exist on.
But i have problems with the accountancy. The question is:
How diffficult is it to make an accountantcy with just zeroes? i even have yhe final contract on the land and have only payed very little money. I have talked with 2 accountant and they are so confused and it is like they do not understand me.
